Fully insulated aluminium roller shutters complete with excellent draught protection and weather seals all round, operated via tubular motor and remote control system. All standard range garage doors are fitted as standard with internally operated manual over-ride system, internal timed courtesy light, photo beam safety system, safety break and full covers to roller shutter box. These shutters are available in a range of 14 colours and 3 wood grain finishes they will complement any colour scheme.

Dublin Roller Shutters' commercial 77 shutter range combines all the qualities of the insulated garage roller door version. The 77 roller shutters have double skinned aluminum laths in a galvanised finish which come as standard, but with the option of any RAL colour. These shutters can have a 3 phase or single motor-drive with a direct or inboard drive motor unit which will provide a very reliable and durable electric operation. The high-speed electric motor will provide a faster opening speed. The 77 roller shutters provide a quality insulated door with a deep steel section of 77mm that can be electrical or manually operated. A double skinned lath is also an option.

All standard colours are available and all roller garage doors are made to a very high specification from our in-house workshop right down to the nut and bolt. We manufacturer every part relating to our roller shutters. We will provide a certificate and o and m manual on completion. All doors come with a 2-year warranty on all parts and labour.

With the additional curtain weight, the maximum size is 4000m high and 5000mm wide, but this 77-shutter door range has many applications where strength and insulation may be required, generally where the building is heated inside or in exposed locations.

We also offer the option of the perforated slats to provide 25% vision and light with the whole curtain or in any section that is required.
